British Airways World Cargo hasannounced the appointment of SteveGunning as managing director, witheffect from 2 April 2007.

The appointment follows the promotionof the previous managingdirector, Gareth Kirkwood, to directorof operations at British Airways.

Cunning joined British Airways in1998 and became head of finance atBA World Cargo in 2004. During histwo years in that role, he gained significantexperience in the business andthe industry. For the past year he hasbeen head of internal control and amember of the British Airways financeleadership team.
