The Finnair Group’s ground handlingcompany, Northport Oy hassigned with RTG Ground HandlingOy a transfer of business agreementby which Northport’s ground handlingoperations will be transferred to theRTG Group’s responsibility at 13 airportsin Finland. In connection withthe transfer of business, the RTG Groupwill assume responsibility for groundhandling services at the domestic airportsas of 1 April 2007.

All sales and subcontracting agreementsrelating to Northport’s groundhandling services at domestic airports,except for Helsinki-Vantaa, will now betransferred to the RTG Group.

Northport will discontinue its Turkuground handling operations, andpersonnel will transfer to the serviceof RTG Group under their existingterms of employment. Northport willcontinue its operations in Helsinki,Stockholm Arlanda and Oslo Gardemoen.
