The Air Freight Asia 2007 Conference, which will take place in the AsiaWorld-Expo venue where Asian Aerospace and the Air Freight Asia Exhibition will be held, already has attracted several senior executives who have confi rmed their attendance as speakers and panel members during the two-day conference on September4 and September 5.
As reported earlier, the AFA2007 keynote address on September 4 will be presented by the new chief executive offi cer of Hong Kong International Airport, Stanley Hui, who in his previous position as CEO of Dragonair, has been instrumental in positioning Dragonair as a leading internationalcargo carrier.
“Stanley Hui, who has also been CEO of Air Hong Kong, is uniquely qualifi ed to deliver the keynote address at this air cargo gathering,” said the organiser of AFA2007, Nol van Fenema. He added that “since the fi rst invitations to speakers and panel members went out a couple of weeks ago, we have had a terrifi c response from all sectors of the industry.”
Although the format of Air Freight Asia has not fundamentally changed, the programme has been slightly adjusted to allow more time for networking among delegates and visits to the Asian Aerospace Expo and Air Freight Asia Exhibition.
