Tianjin Airport customs recently handled the fi rst batch of international transshipments, which were carried to Tianjin by Asiana Airlines and bound for Kenya aboard a Martinair freighter, according to a Xinhua report.

Tianjin airport customs started the one-stop trans-customs clearance service for domestic air transshipments last year, paving the way for the airport to become an international hub.
