Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) has signed an agreement with Hong Kong Express Airways under which it will become its service provider at the Hong Kong International Airport.

The services provided by Hactl to Hong Kong Express Airways include physical cargo handling and air cargo documentation handling.

The Hong Kong-based carrier currently operates scheduled services between Hong Kong, Chengdu, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Xian and Chiang Mai.
