Christian Salvesen has formed a dedicated Aviation Logistics team to provide tailored solutions to the airportcommunity.

The move is based on ten years of experience in operating at UK airports, and will focus on the three main airport client groups: airlines, airport operators and airline caterers.

The Aviation Logistics team is part of Christian Salvesen’s Temperature Controlled Business Unit. Christian Salvesen’s general manager for Aviation Logistics, Matt George, said: “Currently we provide multi-temperature logistics services to all these groups, and our aim now is to build on our experience and offer services for cargo handling, import & export, crew services, retail and catering logistics, as well as warehousing and transportation operations, which are core competencies.”
