Menlo Worldwide said it will buy Cougar Logistics Corporation Ltd. for $33.9 million, including a $28.2 million cash payment to Cougar and the assumption of $5.7 million in debt. Cougar owns logistics operations in Singapore and Southeast Asia, and Menlo is the global logistics subsidiary of Con-way Inc.
Cougar Express, the primary subsidiary, handles freight forwarding, warehousing, logistics and distribution management in Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
