Emirates SkyCargo, the freight division of Emirates, has extended its cooperation with Fraport Cargo Services (FCS). The subsidiary of the Fraport Group will continue handling Emirates SkyCargo for the next fi ve years. The handling of the cargo of the Dubaibased carrier is provided by FCS since 20 years, and Emirates SkyCargo is the second-largest customer of the cargo handling company. In 2006, Emirates achieved the second highest increase in cargo tonnage among the 60 airlineswhich are handled by FCS.

Employees of FCS are provided to Emirates exclusively, some of them directly in the branch offi ce at Frankfurt airport. Since 3rd June 2007, Emirates offers a weekly freighter frequency from Frankfurt-Hahn to Toledo, Ohio/USA,which is also handled by FCS.
