After recently unveiling its domestic express services in Vietnam –worth over€7 million (US$9.4m), TNT is now urgingIndonesian entrepreneurs to takeadvantage of the service and expandtheir business in Vietnam.
TNT will also open five more branches in Vietnam, such as Bac Ninh, Vinh Phuc, Vinh, An Giang and Ca Mau province, increasing the total number to 23 branches. Peter Langley, Director for TNT Indonesia, said the Vietnam service is part of TNT’s grand strategy–Asia Road Network.
TNT said Indonesia’s total investment in Vietnam has reached US$140 million, mostly in properties, mining, transportation, chemical, agriculture, and energy.
Fertiliser, papers, textile, medicines, machinery spare parts, and electrical components are among opportunities for Indonesia’s export commodities.
