TNT has said that it is in talks with the Georg von Holtzbrinck publishing group on forming a possible distribution partnership. TNT said that despite the absence of a level playing field in the German postal market, it remains keen on strengthening its position as a key alternative provider of mail services in Germany. TNT Post has been operating on the German postal market for almost ten years.
