Royal Jordanian president/CEO Samer Majali has resigned from his position effective 1 August. Chairman of RJ Board of Directors Nasser Lozi offered his gratitude to Majali on behalf of the members of the board and the RJ family. He also praised the huge and ongoing efforts that he exerted since occupying the presidency of the company in 2001 in order to develop RJ and put it on a par with other top carriers. Lozi said that Majali enabled the airline to hold an eminent position in the air transport industry despite the challenges and difficult times that the industry has gone through in the past few years.
