Cathay Pacific Airways announced that it will launch four-times-weekly passenger service between Hong Kong and Milan, effective 28 March 2010 using B777-300ER aircraft. Cathay also announced that at the same time it will boost its services to and from North America by adding three flights a week to the existing daily service to Toronto from Hong Kong and it will also add three flights per week to Los Angeles from 1 May, increasing the frequency to 17 each week.
