United Airlines faces US$1.3 million fine over cargo. The Federal Aviation Administration said Tuesday that inspectors found at least 120 violations during 2013 inspections in Boston, San Francisco, Denver and Chicago. Safety regulators also said that United twice improperly accepted hazardous material for air shipments. United has 30 days from receipt of the FAA’s enforcement letter to respond to the agency.
