PT Kamadjaja Logistics will inaugurate its biggest integrated logistics facility in Indonesia, located at K-Log Park in Cibitung, on 26 March 2015.
The park, which was built on investment of more than Rp 500 billion, sits on an 180,000sqm piece of land in Cibitung, West Java. K-Log Park offers a comprehensive logistics solution, including warehousing & distribution, domestic & international freight forwarding, land transport, container yard, toll manufacturing and value added service in a one-stop service.
PT Kamadjaja Logistics CEO Ivan Kamadjaja said the new facility will play a strategic role as an integrated logistics hub that will help synergise and bring the quality of logistics service in Indonesia to the next level. He said: “We provide the most competitive and comprehensive supply chain network in Indonesia that will ease customers and Kamadjaja Logistics’ principal in carrying out their business”.
PT Kamadjaja Logistics had previously built similar facilities: K-Log Park Medan (North Sumatra) and K-Log Park Surabaya (East Java). PT Kamadjaja Logistics is also supported by 22 distribution centers across Indonesia.
K-Log Park is located in a strategic location which can be accessed from three toll roads, JORR-1, JORR-2, and Cikampek, thus making the distance from Tanjung Priok Port become more economical.
Kamadjaja estimated the warehousing, transportation and courier sectors will contribute around 3.5-4 per cent to the national economy. “It will be achieved, especially now that the government is aggressively building infrastructure that need reliable logistics facilities,” he added.
