Pteris Global, which develops baggage and cargo handling systems for airports, has clinched a contract worth RMB71 million (US$15.4 million) from Eastern Air Logistic Co. Ltd to install a cargo system at Shanghai Pudong International Airport’s west cargo area. The deal is expected to be completed by the end of 2016.

Under a separate agreement, the group’s other subsidiary, Pteris Global (Suzhou), will install sorting systems for SF Express, an express courier company in China.
