Supply chain solutions provider IJS Global has opened a new office at Zurich Airport in Switzerland. The branch is headed up by Katharina Tyrakowski, who has moved from her role as customer services manager, Pharma, at the forwarder’s office in Frankfurt, Germany.
Gary Roche, CEO, Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA), IJS Global, said: “We are committed to delivering real-time solutions for clients globally. The new Swiss office will be supporting our key customers in healthcare, life sciences, and other customers in the region, and will enable us to further develop our time critical solutions (TCS) product.
“Katharina brings both experience of the pharma sector, and a strong commitment to customer care, and we are very pleased to welcome her to the newly-created role of general manager, Switzerland.”
The new Swiss branch opened at the beginning of this month, bringing to 41 the number of IJS Global offices across the Americas, Australasia, and EMEA.
IJS Global recently opened a 24-hour pharma warehouse facility at Frankfurt Airport in Germany, and has launched the new TCS product to add to its growing portfolio of logistics solutions.
