CargoSphere, a cloud-based global rate management solution, has announced that longstanding client, A.N. Deringer, Inc., a well-established Customs House Broker (CHB) and global freight forwarder, recently renewed their commitment to the CargoSphere rate technology platform.

The CargoSphere Web-based Rate Mesh allows Deringer to receive air and ocean rates from agent partners in real-time, creating a systematised rate database.  Armed with timely freight rates, in a centralised system, Deringer is able to compare pricing from a range of carriers and quickly respond to customer quote requests.  They use CargoSphere’s quoting module for international quotes and recently expanded their usage by adding CargoSphere’s trucking module to quote domestic moves.
