CAL Cargo Airlines has announced a new round-trip service from Atlanta to Liege, Belgium. Th e service includes two weekly rotations, ATL-LGG-ATL, with the first flight departing Liege on 25 Sept. CAL is servicing the Atlanta catchment area together with local GSA ATC Aviation.

“CAL’s fl eet of B747-400 with nose door and team of specialty experts in DG, Pharma, Live animals and oversize/ overweight goods combine to answer the unique needs of the Atlanta catchment area”, said Eyal Zagagi, CEO of the CAL Group.

“Until today, Atlanta was an offline station, with service to/from the EU via our JFK operation. We found that the Atlanta catchment area has great potential for us, so to improve the service we off er to this market we are adding Atlanta as an additional online station. Th is is another step in our growth strategy, strengthening our US network and foothold and we look forward to increasing our presence throughout the year.”
