What is the significance of this award to your company?
“It is both a great honour and huge responsibility for us to maintain customer’s confidence and trust in ABC as a reliable quality partner. Th is customer award sets a very high level of standards and expectations, which now AirBridgeCargo will have to prove and confirm every day, the challenge, which we greatly appreciate and value.
Building trustworthy customer relations is the key characteristic of ABC’s corporate culture and we make sure that it ‘penetrates’ into all internal processes, functions and interactions of our numerous international team. What do you see as the key factors contributing to your win?
“For all the years of our operations we have been consistently building and following the strategy of meeting our customers’ needs worldwide which embraces a combination of factors – best in class freighters, expansion of network to the destinations of production and consumption, high level of DAP 80 per cent (delivery as promised index) with all of this being properly managed by highly skilled specialists. And most importantly – keeping the promises we give to our customers, i.e. consistency and reliability as a basis of trust.”
