Advanced Air Support has become the first ground handler at Paris-Le Bourget Airport to be awarded IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) registration, reinforcing its reputation for offering quality and safety ground handling services. The registration process took 18 months and required Advanced Air Support to ensure it had a comprehensive safety management system in place.
“Before ISAGO registration we already had a strong quality system in place but we had to improve this and change our processes and some of our working methods to ensure we met IATA’s tough standards,” commented Louis Malidor, director of Advanced Air Support.
According to Malidor, the company applied for ISAGO registration to ensure it was offering the best services to its clients: “ISAGO is recognised worldwide and the registration offers the highest quality standards to manage safer ground operations, so it made sense for Advanced Air Support to register.
“Competition is also high between ground handlers at Paris-Le Bourget, so we had to make sure we stood out from our competitors. The quality of the services offered by Advanced Air Support is now recognised worldwide and the registration confirms our international reputation at Paris-Le Bourget Airport.”
