Air Transport Services Group is extending its partnership with DHL Network Operations (USA) for its existing CMI agreement through ATSG subsidiaries Cargo Aircraft Management (CAM) and ABX Air.
Part of the agreement include a six-year extension (until April 2028) of dry leases for five B767 freighters with CAM, and the crew, maintenance and insurance agreement (CMI) with ABX Air.

The CMI agreement will include two more 767 freighters, ATSG noted, bringing the total operated aircraft under this agreement to 12.
DHL in May 2021 agreed to lease four more 767 freighters from CAM with one delivered in 2021. The remaining three will be delivered in 2022, two of which will be operated under the CMI agreement. This will bring DHL’s total leased 767 jets from CAM to 15.
