Bollore Logistics’ Australia unit is set to acquire Australian freight forwarder Lynair Logistics, based in Adelaide, effective 1 August 2022.

The Adelaide-based logistics company, established in 2002, specializes in air freight, ocean freight, customs clearance, 3PL warehousing and distribution services.

With the acquisition, Bolloré Logistics Australia is poised to strengthen its presence in Australia and the Pacific region. The amount of the purchase was not disclosed, but Bollore said Lynair will retain its brand name temporarily and continue its business operations as usual following the acquisition.
