Peli BioThermal marked the official opening of a new service center in Japan with a grand opening event held on September 7.
The new facility, which is the latest location to be added to the company’s growing network in Asia, is situated near Tokyo’s international Narita Airport.
It will also serve as an additional network station for the company’s Crēdo™ on Demand rental program, which offers a flexible rental option for temperature-controlled pallet shippers.
Benson Teo, Peli BioThermal’s senior director of sales, Asia said its products will be shipped via airlines operating in the region, including ANA and the JAL Group, which has the most comprehensive handling network in Japan, operating at numerous airports.
Located within Tokyo, Peli BioThermal’s latest facility is in proximity to Narita Airport and well positioned to support Japan’s biotech and healthcare sectors, including the likes of Takeda, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis and Eisai.
