Aerospace logistics specialist B&H Worldwide was awarded a two-year extension to manage inventory for end-of-life aircraft and engine experts AerFin in Singapore and Australia.
The contract was signed at MRO Americas held in Atlanta in April and follows an existing agreement between the two companies that will see a dramatic increase in volumes being moved.
B&H will support its fast-growing expansion with storage and 3PL solutions in Singapore and Australia. The company believes it was selected for these new locations because of the scope of its own international network combined with its reputation and expertise in the management of inventory.
AerFin manages both aircraft teardown and engine disassembly at sites around the world. It has already expanded its services internationally to include in-house engine disassembly, storage and distribution of aviation-related assets.
