SingPost and FedEx Express have come to a memorandum of understanding (MOU), which is expected to provide greater convenience for FedEx customers who can now make parcel drop-offs at select SingPost stations.
The two companies have initiated a 3-month trial on 25 September that will allow the option of dropping FedEx parcels at POPStop counters located at within six participating post offices across the city state, with no additional charges.
FedEx said the main objective of the partnership is to enhance operational efficiencies and elevate the customer experience by expanding drop-off options to more locations for cross-border shipments.
