Transnautic Aero – the exclusive German member of the EGSAC GSSA network – has promoted Matthias Brall to the post of manager of its Munich office. Brall replaces Martin Bodamer, who has left the company after six years to launch a medical logistics business.
Brall worked in airfreight handling prior to joining Transnautic’s Dusseldorf offi ce in 2003. In his new post, he is responsible for liaison with freight agent customers, client airlines and handling partners, and oversees the operation of road feeders from the region.
“We are sorry to see Martin go, and wish him well in his new career,” said Transnautic MD Mike Staeck. “Meanwhile we are very pleased to have been able to replace him by promoting Matthias, who will certainly maintain the office’s profile and high service standards.”
Transnautic Aero is Germany’s largest independent cargo GSSA company, representing 32 airlines through a network of seven offices at the country’s major cargo airports. The company also has operations in France, Russia and Poland, and was a founder member of the EGSAC network, which has 80 stations in over 30 countries.
