UPS has named Sahil Jaggi, former marketing director for the products and industry segments in Asia Pacific, as managing director MD for Singapore and Malaysia, effective 1 April 2021.
In his previous role as director of marketing in Asia Pacific, which he assumed in September 2017, he helped deploy SME-focused product UPS Worldwide Economy and controlled delivery service My Choice as well as developed the company’s industry intelligence.

In his new role, Sahil is responsible for charting the strategic direction of the business and driving customer growth and retention in UPS Singapore and Malaysia. He began his career with UPS in 2010 as segment analyst for the APAC region, and from 2013 to 2015, moved up as North Asia’s marketing manager, where he developed the high tech, retail and industrial manufacturing and automotive segment of the business in Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
In 2015, he accepted an international assignment, where he was involved in international marketing initiatives that resulted in profitable growth in the company’s US exports unit.
