Publicly traded cargo carrier Atlas Air has delisted from the Nasdaq stock exchange after an investment group led by Apollo Global Management completed the acquisition of the US aircraft lessor and charter airline operator, on 17 March.

The acquisition was announced in August 2022, and as a result of the completed privatization, Atlas Air Worldwide’s common stock no longer trades on the NASDAQ stock exchange. Joining Apollo as new owners are J.F. Lehman & Company and Hill City Capital.
