Airbus, Malaysia Airlines extend FHS components contract
Airbus and Malaysia Airlines have signed an extension of their flight hour services components (FHS-C) contract for the carrier's fleet of A330 and A350. The agreement was signed in Kuala Lumpur by Malaysia Airlines operations chief Ahmad Luqman Mohd Azmi and Airbus president for Asia-Pacific, Anand Stanley. Energy conglomerate Shell has invested in sustainable fuel producer LanzaJet to accelerate the commercialisation of the latter’s alcohol-to-jet technology and scale up the production of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) to drive the decarbonisation of the aviation industry.
