DHL Express activates GoGreen Plus for air cargo
Earlier this week (9 May) DHL Aviation, the in-house airline of DHL Express, launched the optional GoGreen Plus service for its air cargo product. Saudia, Cainiao make space for Alibaba shipments
Saudia Cargo wants to continue providing tailor-made solutions for its partners and this time the airline has signed a new 12-month ‘space and service commitment’ agreement with Cainiao Network, the logistics arm of Alibaba Group. DHL Express orders Mammoth-converted freighters
DHL Express on 20 April ordered nine Mammoth-converted B777-200LR freighters from Jetran. The first cargo aircraft will be delivered in 2024, with the remaining aircraft to be supplied until early 2027. DHL is prioritizing the modernization of its long-haul intercontinental fleet, including the replacement of older planes.
