Computer manufacturer Dell has shaken the air cargo industry with the news that it aims to be using ocean transport to ship 70 per cent of its consumer notebook products by 2013 at the expense of air cargo. A shortage of air cargo capacity has hindered the export of the Kutchi Kesar variety of mangoes in the Bhuj border district in the Indian state of Gujarat. "There is no air cargo service from Ahmedabad to West Asia and the western world.
