Mr. Brian Wu, Chairman of the Hongkong Association of Freight Forwarding and Logistics (HAFFA), was the guest of honour during the last instalment of the Payload Asia Awards.

He is the Director of BEL International Logistics Limited (formerly known as Broadair Express), a leading Hongkong-based company established in 1978.  He has been in the cargo industry since 2003, working with freight forwarders in operations, customer services, sales and management.

Payload Asia reached out to Brian before the awards to get his view on air cargo and the current state of affairs, and here’s what he had to say: 

“Despite the COVID-19 breakout early this year, we saw air cargo’s recovery driven by strong market of e-commerce, pharmaceuticals and perishables. For business preparedness and resilience, we have to learn to expect the unexpected, to keep a strong mindset and to stay healthy.”
