London-based Air Charter Service has recorded its busiest quarter for its cargo division with 1,445 cargo charters in the period from August to October. Combining all of its other divisions, ACS logged its highest ever revenue in one quarter, amounting to a total of US$430 million (£321.1 million). Dachser resumes HKG-FRA charter, boosts air network
Logistics service provider Dachser has resumed its weekly air charter from Hong Kong to Frankfurt, which will now become a year-round service, a press release stated. "At the end of last year, the effect of increased e-commerce became especially evident in the load factors and intensified the shortfall in capacity," says Timo Stroh, head of global air freight at Dachser.
