Aircraft charter specialist Air Charter Service has announced plans to invest heavily in its On Board Courier (OBC) division worldwide. Howe promoted to president of ACS California
Aircraft charter specialist, Air Charter Service (ACS), has promoted Thomas Howe to president of its US West coast operation. Howe, formerly vice president of West coast operations, joined the company's cargo division in its London office and later moved to Los Angeles (US) to start the cargo department on the West coast.
