The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) has approved an air operator’s certificate for Ningxia Cargo Airlines, which is to become the first cargo carrier to be based in the west of the country, the Ningxia Autonomous Region. Cargoitalia receives AOC but postpones scheduled services
Cargoitalia, the Italian international all-cargo carrier relaunched under new ownership, has received its AOC (Air Operator's Certificate) but has said it will now delay the planned start of scheduled services until September.
