Cathay pledges net-zero carbon emissions by 2050
Hong Kong’s main airline is targeting net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 to help reduce the less than 3 percent of the world’s man-made carbon emissions produced by the aviation industry. HAECO completes A330F ‘C’ check for Air Hong Kong
MRO services provider HAECO has completed its first A330F 'C' check for Air Hong Kong. A 'C' check is a high-level inspection of specified areas, components and systems, as well as operational or functional checks. It normally removes the airplane from the revenue schedule for 3 to 5 days, Payload Asia learned. The aircraft is one of five A330s that Air Hong Kong has, which it operates for DHL Express. Hong Kong Air Cargo gets green light for new routes
Hong Kong Air Cargo in early May was granted approval from the Air Transport Licensing Authority (ATLA) to operate scheduled cargo flights to nine new routes. dnata expands cargo facility at Sydney Airport
Cargo handler dnata is set to expand its existing cargo facility by an additional 4,800 square metres on a five-year lease with Sydney Airport, bringing the total area to 16,300 square metres upon completion.
