Lufthansa Cargo has launched a weekly freighter service to Guadalajara, Mexico from 22 July. The flight, operated by an MD-11 freighter, will fly from Lufthansa’s Frankfurt hub via Dallas/Fort Worth to Guadalajara and again via Dallas back to Frankfurt. Etihad Airways, has announced it has signed a codeshare agreement with Turkish Airlines. The deal follows the launch of Etihad’s four flights a week service to the Turkish commercial capital, Istanbul, which began on 1 June. Iraq’s Ministry of Transport has concluded a four-year contract for joint operation of Iraqi Airways with the Emirati company, Ross Aviation.
