Kuehne+Nagel has completed the acquisition of Chinese forwarder Apex International with a purchase price of more than US$1.2 billion (CHF 1.1 billion), adding significant forwarding expertise, particularly on the transpacific and intra-Asia routes. DSV Panalpina acquires Agility’s GIL unit for US$4.2 billion
DSV Panalpina is set to become the world's third largest transport and logistics company as it announced the acquisition of Agility's Global Integrated Logistics (GIL). Toll Group to sell express unit for US$386 million
Melbourne-based logistics provider Toll Group announced it has agreed to sell its express business to Australian private equity firm Allegro Funds for A$500 million (US$386 million), according to a press release.
