Scoot, the Singapore-based long-haul, low-cost division of Singapore Airlines, has added two new Asian cities to its route map: Osaka and Kaohsiung. The carrier started flying to Osaka on 8 July with the B787 Dreamliner service running three times a week with a stop in Bangkok.
