Effective from 20 December 2017, Lanmei Airlines became the latest Cambodia-based carrier to operate direct air services to Hong Kong. In March 2017, it was announced that Hong Kong Airlines and its cargo subsidiary Hong Kong Air Cargo Carrier will be moving their cargo operations to Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT). The move was finally completed on 8th November 2017 and the cargo for both airlines are now handled by AAT. Hong Kong Airlines was established in 2006 and is based in Hong Kong. Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT) has announced that it has officially been appointment as the cargo terminal operator serving Royal Brunei Airlines (BI) in Hong Kong.
