Scoot, the Singapore-based long-haul, low-cost division of Singapore Airlines, has added two new Asian cities to its route map: Osaka and Kaohsiung. The carrier started flying to Osaka on 8 July with the B787 Dreamliner service running three times a week with a stop in Bangkok. Air Can Rouge to operate new Asian route
Air Canada Rouge, the recently-launched “leisure airline”, will arrive in Asia for the first time next year. The carrier currently operates low-cost services to a range of leisure destinations in Europe and the Caribbean, but on 1 May 2015 it will launch its first trans-Pacific flights connecting Vancouver with Osaka.
