Scan Global Logistics is further expanding its presence in Europe and has opened a new office in the southern French city of Marseille. Scan Global offers SAF option to Emirati retailer
Scan Global Logistics has partnered with real estate and retail conglomerate Majid Al Futtaim to launch a pilot project that will see the usage of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) for products transported by air. The pilot project, started on 1 May 2023, aims to reduce carbon emissions from airfreight shipments of fashion brand Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle from Asia to the UAE. Danish logistics provider Scan Global Logistics (SGL) has announced its newest owner, CVC Capital Partners Fund VIII or CVC, a press release dated 6 February stated.
