Hong Kong-listed logistics real estate group ESR has agreed to purchase the largest Australia logistics portfolio of US-based fund manager Blackstone to the tune of A$3.8 billion (US$3 billion). State-owned Japan Post will buy Australian logistics company Toll Holdings Ltd. for US$5.07 billion, as it seeks new sources of growth ahead of an initial public offering planned for later this year.
