DHL Express has recorded a new milestone after the company's North Operating Center in Beijing became the 100th facility within the DHL Express network in Asia Pacific to be awarded the prestigious TAPA 'FSR' security certification. TAPA highlights rising truck cargo crime
The Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA), has highlighted a worrying trend as cargo crime climbed a further 10.6 per cent in the third quarter in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Europe subjected to 3 cargo thefts daily, says TAPA
There was an average of three major cargo crimes a day targeting high value, theft-attractive products in the supply chain in Europe in 2014 with an average loss of €205,624, according to the Transported Asset Protection Association’s (TAPA) 2014 Incident Information Service (IIS) Annual Report for the EMEA region. New TAPA security standards as cargo crime rises
