Equatorial Congo Airlines (ECAir), the national airline of the Republic of the Congo, is launching scheduled Brazzaville-Bamako-Dakar service on March 22 as part of a network expansion effort within Africa. Dynamic Aviation recently initiated a joint venture in Mauritania, marking the company’s first step into the West African market.
