Australian air Express (AaE), the joint venture between Qantas and Australia Post, has announced an agreement with Queenslandbased MacAir Airlines, which will see AaE further expand its express air freight services in regional and far north Queensland. The deal gives AaE exclusive access to cargo space on MacAir passenger fl ights from Townsville to Mt Isa, as well as other MacAir routes connecting major hubs in north Queensland including Townsville, Cairns, Mt Isa, Cloncurry, Burketown and Mornington Island.
