Aramex has opened its logistics centre in the Beirut Port Authority’s newly launched logistics free zone, which also houses facilities for other regional and international logistics services providers. Aramex’s facility at the Beirut Port Free Zone is a one-stop-shop offering tax-free storage and warehousing, including temperature-controlled space, as well as the company’s regular portfolio of services.

In another development, Aramex recently signed an agreement to handle express deliveries on behalf of Oman Post to the MENA region, Indian Sub- Continent and Europe. The company said in a statement that it has the capability, resources and fl exibility to reach markets previously untouched by the government shipment arm.
