Dnata has signed a strategic partnership with Toll Air Services, one of Australia’s leading ground handling operators. Toll Air Services is a division of Toll Holdings Ltd.
The partnership, in which Dnata has acquired a 50 percent share, will inject new capital, equipment and technology into Toll’s Australian airport operations, in addition to the sharing of ground handling best practices.
Toll managing director, Paul Little said: “We welcome Dnata as a strategic partner and investor in Toll Air Services. They will bring into this partnership their extensive operational and marketing expertise in the ground handling business internationally, and we are confi dent that this will be a win-win partnership.

Toll Air Services has operations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Darwin where the company provides passenger, ramp and cargo handling services to a number of major international airlines across Australia.
