Singapore-based low fare airline Tiger Airways has appointed Peter Negline to the position of chief fi nancial offi cer. Peter replaces Evelyn Tan, who will be leaving the company to pursue personal interests. Peter has over 20 years experience in aviation fi nancing, research & funds management all with global, blue chip fi nancial institutions.

Prior to joining Tiger, Negline was an executive director and head of regional transportation research at JPMorgan Securities in Hong Kong. Negline, who is originally from Melbourne, Australia, has extensive experience and knowledge of the aviation industry in Australasia, Asia, India & the Middle East.

His responsibilities at Tiger Airways will focus on optimising the company’s fi nancial position as it pursues aggressive fl eet expansion and network development across the Asia Pacifi c Region.
