An Extraordinary General Meeting of CSA Czech Airlines has given fi nal approval for the sale of the carrier’s subsidiary, Air Cargo Terminal (ACT), which operates facilities at Prague–Ruzyně Airport.
CSA’s management will now conclude the contract for the 100 percent sale of ACT to Central European Handling which submitted the highest bid at an electronic auction.
CSA’s separate business unit, CSA Cargo, will continue to engage in carrying shipments and post on CSA’s fl ights.
Handling services will be provided by ACT on the basis of a long-term contract.
