Swire Pacific said it has formed a joint venture with Air China unit Air China Development Corp (Hong Kong) and SkyWorks Capital of the US to provide a range of fi nancial advisory services to the aviation industry throughout the Asia Pacifi c region.

Swire said the JV, which will be called SkyWorks Capital, seeks to provide such services to clients such as airlines, banks, lessors and investors. The JV’s ownership will be equally shared by the three partners, Swire Pacific said.
